Item Commands Menu

The Item Commands Menu can be accessed by selecting a menu item, or items, on the Order Ticket on the left side of the screen.

Item Command Buttons

Add Discount	Attaches an applicable pre-programmed discount to an item
Move to...	Moves an item or items from one guest to another
Repeat	Repeats an item if a customer orders the exact same item
Send to...	Sends an item or items to another Order
Set Price	Ability to set a one-time-only price for a specific item on a current order
Split	Splits an item between a chosen # of guests on the order
Unvoid	Allows the user to un-void an item that has been voided
Void	Allows the user to void an item that has been rang in and sent already
Change Course	When using coursing, allows the user to change the course of an item prior to sending
Change Quantity	Allows the user to change the quantity of an item they’re ringing in
Hold	Holds an item and allows the user to have it rang in, but not sent, while working on other orders. Once ready to order/send, hit release.
Release	Hit release on held items in order to then send them
Remove	Allowed on items rang in, but not sent, and removes the item from the order
Modify	Brings the modifier screen back up for the item the user select to make adjustments
Edit Sub Items	On items that utilize a sub-item group as a selection, allows the user to make modifications to the sub-item selected
