Hide Menu Items from Item Search

There is an option under Menu Item settings that prevents the selected item from appearing in the Item Search feature. When “Hidden From Search” is enabled on a menu item, that item will not appear in search results on the POS.

1. Click the Menu Items icon from the main BOH screen

A list of all Menu Items will display on the left hand panel

2. Select the Menu Item or Menu Items that will be hidden

3. In the Advanced Settings section, check the Hidden From Search checkbox

Remember, you can edit more than one Menu Item at a time

Item(s) will not display in the Item Search in the FOH
