Gift Cards FAQ

How do I purchase physical gift cards?

You can email giftcards@spoton.com, specify a quantity, and mention whether you would like a custom or standard design.

You can also request this from your AE, who will email the Gift Card Support Team on your behalf.


How do I order more gift cards?

You should email giftcards@spoton.com, provide the desired quantity, and specify whether you would like a custom or standard design.


How do I set up a custom design for my gift cards?

  1. Once the Gift Card Support Team receives the email advising you want custom designs for you gift cards, the they will reach out to you to get the logo and preferred design

Please note that you, the merchant, is fully responsible for creating these assets

2. The SpotOn team then formats the cards according to the printer specs

3. Final designs are then sent to you for your approval

4. Once you approve your design, SpotOn submits the order to the printer


How long does it take to get the gift cards?

The gift card printer takes about a day to ship once cards are ordered.

Shipping will take an additional 3-5 days depending on your location.

The entire process should take about a week.


How do I reorder gift cards?
