Close Outs

Closeouts are a full report of an employee’s financials for any given shift. These are typically used mid-shift for reference to sales, tips, etc. but are primarily used for end of shift duties.

There are several settings in different areas of SpotOn BOH that can impact how a concept uses closeout reports. Here’s a breakdown of settings that will impact this report. These should be configured based on several factors of how the restaurant is ran.
