86 Items & Modifiers allows you to block out items that are no longer available in the restaurant preventing the staff from ringing them in.

1. From the Show Commands menu, select 86 Items and Modifiers
2. Begin typing the name of the Modifier or Item that needs to be 86ed
3. Select the needed Item to make it unavailable The button will turn gray to indicate that it is no longer available
4. If a Modifier is selected, the user must choose between the following options: Available at all modifier groups Makes the modifier available in all modifier groups 86 at all modifier groups Makes the modifier unavailable in all modifier groups Available / 86 at few modifier groups Makes the modifier available in select modifier groups
5. To make the Modifier unavailable in all menu groups, select 86 at all modifier groups 6. Select Done
7. To see a full list of all Menu Items that are current 86ed/unavailable, return to the Show Commands menu and select 86 Item List
