The Actions button on the home screen provides two options:

• Sell Gift Card: Used to issue new gift cards to customers.

• Check Balance: Used to check or add balance to existing gift cards.

To issue a new gift card, tap Sell Gift Card from the Action Items button on the home screen.

You will be prompted to swipe a new gift card. You must swipe a fresh gift card that has not been issued before.

To verify or check a card balance from the terminal, tap Check Balance from the Action Items button on the home screen.

To scan the QR code the application will request camera permission if it hasn't been granted previously. Tap Allow to proceed.

Once a valid card is swiped or scanned enter the amount you want to load onto the card, or select one of the quick options.

Tapping the Customer button allows you to add the customer's name and phone number.

After entering the details, tap Save to return to the previous page.

Select the tender to process payment for the gift card balance. 

Once the payment is made, a success message will display; the gift card number, balance, and receipt options.
