Sales
The Sales tab is separated into two distinct sections: Trends, and Summary. When the Sales icon is selected from the left hand menu, a submenu displays with options for Trends or Summary. Trends shows Daily, Weekly, and Yearly gross sales. This information can be downloaded as a .CSV format file. Summary shows a breakdown of payments and refunds, including tax, tips, discounts, and tender types collected.

Daily Gross Sales This graph displays the current days gross sales by the hour, in purple. In gray, is displays the sales for the week prior- i.e., if you are viewing Monday’s gross sale in purple, it will show the previous Monday’s sales in gray Hold cursor over a point on the graph to view specific details Click the date to select a specific date to view from the calendar, or use the arrows to move forward/back by one day Click Export as CSV to download the data as a .csv spreadsheet

Weekly and Yearly Gross Sales Weekly Gross Sales This bar graph displays the gross sales for the current week, and the prior week, starting with Sunday Purple shows the current week, gray shows the week before Hold cursor over a specific day to view the gross sales in dollars for that day Click Export as CSV to download the data as a .csv spreadsheet
Yearly Gross Sales This bar graph shows the gross sales for the current and prior year by month, starting with January Purple shows this year’s data, and gray shows the year prior Hold cursor over a specific month to view the gross sales in dollars for that month Click Export as CSV to download the data as a .csv spreadsheet
