Loyalty

The Loyalty tab is where to add, adjust or disable any currently offered loyalty rewards. There are sections to show when rewards are being redeemed, as well as who is redeeming them and when. The Loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right-hand side of the screen, below Marketing.

Total Loyalty Spend & Total Redemptions

This section displays Total Loyalty Spend vs. All Customer Spend, as well as Loyalty Redemptions.

Action

Display

  1. Select the Dates on the right to access the Date Range filters:

    • Custom

      • Use the calendar dates to select a beginning and end date to view

    • This Month

    • Today

    • Last Week

    • This Week

    • Last Month

  2. Select Loyalty Spend to view how much loyalty customers have spent at your business.

  3. Select Loyalty Redemption to view the number of redemptions for the specified timeframe.

Redemption Transaction History

Action

Display

  1. The time frame displayed in Redemption Transaction History is the date range selected in the above Loyalty Spend section. Select how to display Redemption History:

    • Time/Date

    • Transaction Value

  2. Use the Search field to search for by Customer Name or Card Code

  3. Use the > arrow buttons to view more

Rewards

The Reward section automatically displays all current, and inactive rewards.

  1. Rewards display in list form with the following information:

    • Reward Name

    • Spots for redemption

    • Total Redemptions

  2. Active Rewards will display with a blue switch in the toggled-on position

    • Use the toggle switch to quickly deactivate or re-activate any Rewards

  3. Use the Rewards drop down to filter the rewards visible:

    • All rewards

    • Active Rewards

    • Inactive Rewards

  4. Use the magnifying glass icon to search for a specific reward by keyword

Create a New Reward

Method 1 - From the Loyalty section of the Dashboard

Display

  1. In the Rewards section click the Create New Reward button

  2. In the Spots Redeemed field, input the total number of Spots needed to redeem for this reward

  3. In the Reward Name field, input a name for the new reward

  4. Confirm information entered for new Reward is correct

  5. Select Save

    • A green success banner will display in the lower left corner of screen

    • The new reward will display at the top of the Rewards list, and will be toggled On

Method 2 - From the Loyalty & Deals Settings

Display

1. Navigate to the Account Settings

2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab

3. In the Redeeming Spots section, click + Add New Reward

4. In the New Reward sidebar, input the number of Spots required to redeem this reward

5. Input the appropriate Reward Name

6. Select Save

7. Select Save Changes in the lower right corner done

8. The new Reward will now display at the top of the Redeeming Spots section

Deleting Rewards

Display

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings

2. Select the Loyalty & Deals tab

3. In the Redeeming Spots section, click Delete to the right of the Reward you wish to delete

4. A popup will display, “Are you sure you want to delete?”

5. Select Confirm Delete to delete

Loyalty Widget

SpotOn Loyalty clients can now add a customizable loyalty widget to their website, allowing them to grow their customer contact list. This self-service feature empowers customers to sign up for Loyalty Rewards on their own- earning repeat business and increased revenue.

Action

Display

1. From the Merchant Dashboard, select Loyalty & Deals

2. Scroll down to Loyalty Widget

3. Enter the desired text into the Text field

All updates will display live in the preview box on the right side of the screen

4. Check the Color of the Text box to change the widget’s font color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color

5. Check the Color of the Background box to change the widget’s background color. Choose from a preselected color or enter a custom color

6. From Position, choose between having the widget appear in the lower left or right of the website

7. Once all needed changes have been made, select Copy on the right side of the screen to copy the HTML code, which can then be added to the website

8. The new Loyalty Widget will now display on the website
