Redeeming Rewards

1. If a merchant searches for a customer account that has earned Spots, these will be displayed in the customer’s details | |
2. The merchant can choose to redeem a reward for this order by first attaching the loyalty account to the order, then selecting a reward to see the details 3. Select Redeem | |
4. Doing this will apply the reward to the Order Summary and update the balance due Please note that only one reward may be redeemed at a time |
