From the Main Floor screen, tap the blue Take Out button in the lower right hand corner of the screen

Enter the quoted Estimated Wait Time (in minutes)

Input the guest mobile phone number

A take-out profile will display with the guest’s infomation

• Tap New Take Out Note to add a note, i.e., an order number, special requests, or other important details

Tap the desired take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen

• This will pull up the take-out profile

Press theblue Order Status button in the upper right hand corner

Select a status:

• Making Order

• Cooking

• Ready in Restaurant

• Curbside

When the order is ready, tap the guest’s take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen to select them

Press the green Page button at the top of the screen

To close a take-out order, open the take-out profile by tapping the guest’s take-out bubble on the left hand panel of the screen

Tap the redComplete button and select one of the following:

• Picked Up

• No Show

• Cancel
