From the Main Floor screen, tap the blue Take Out button in the lower right hand corner of the screen

Use the arrow buttons to set the quoted Estimated Wait Time

Input the guest mobile phone number

Press the > arrow button to continue

A take-out profile will display with the guest’s information

• If needed, tap New Take Out Note to add a note, i.e., an order number, special requests, or other important details

• If desired, tap New Guest Note to create a new permanent guest note

Tap the desired take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen

• This will pull up the take-out profile

Press the blue Order Status button on the upper left side

Select a status:

• Making Order

• Cooking

• Ready in Restaurant

• Curbside

Press the X to exit the profile

• The new status will display in the take-out bubble

When the order is ready, tap the guest’s take-out bubble from the left hand panel of the screen to select them

Press the green Page button at the top of the screen

To close a take-out order, open the desired take-out profile by double tapping the guest’s take-out bubble in the left hand panel of the Main Floor view.

Tap the red Complete button in the upper left corner of the profile and select one of the following options:

• Picked Up

• No Show

• Cancel
