1. Tap the user initials in the top left of the Table Layout or List Orders screen to open the user menu

2. Select No Sale

  • This will open the cash drawer

Tip

Please note, the ability for a User to open the cash drawer is set in the Permissions section of the Job Positions settings in the BOH

3. After pressing No Sale, you’ll be returned to the previous screem, and a green Success banner will display, advising the cash drawer has been opened.
