 | 1. Tap the user initials in the top left of the Table Layout or List Orders screen to open the user menu 2. Select No Sale
Please note, the ability for a User to open the cash drawer is set in the Permissions section of the Job Positions settings in the BOH |
 | 3. After pressing No Sale, you’ll be returned to the previous screem, and a green Success banner will display, advising the cash drawer has been opened. |
