Notifications will only appear on the List Order screen. If you are on the Menu or Payments screen then you will need to return back to the List Order screen to see the new notifications that come in. If you are on any other screen of the Sidekick, after ten seconds you will be brought back to the Order List screen where you will see the online ordering notifications. However, if you are on the order view screen and there are unsent items then the ten seconds will not apply, and you will need to send/remove the unsent item to either have the ten seconds kick in or return to the List Order screen to receive online ordering notifications. |
