SpotOn can automatically identify customers based on your custom criteria so you can reach out, invite and reward them with special Marketing offers.

Customer Group Setup

Tip

Before sending out special Marketing offers, you must define the criteria for guests to be considered Best Customers and/or Top Spenders

Display

1. Sign into your SpotOn Dashboard

2. Click the circular icon next to the user name, then select Account Settings from the menu

3. Select Loyalty & Deals from the list on the left hand side

4. Scroll to the Marketing Deals section

Tip

Here you have the ability to define two Customer Groups

  • Best Customers - based on number of visits within a custom time frame

  • Top Spenders - based on total spend within a custom time frame

Define Best Customers

1. Click the Add button next to Best Customers

2. Use the dropdown menus in the popup side panel to select:

  • Number of visits

  • per Week or Month

  • Time Frame

3. When you have set the criteria for Best Customers, click Save

  • This Customer Group, and it’s details, will now display on the Loyalty & Deals page

Define Top Spenders

1. Click the Add button next to Top Spenders

2. Use the dropdown menus in the popup side panel to select:

  • Top percentage

  • Time Frame

3. When you have set the criteria for Top Spenders, click Save

  • This Customer Group, and it’s details, will now display on the Loyalty & Deals page

To make changes to either Customer Group, click the Edit button to the right of either group.
