Employee
"UsersEmployees" are the individual employees at specific Locations. As the employees are likely to change over time, restaurant owners/managers should be familiar with how to add/edit UsersEmployees.

5. In the Address section use the Text Fields to input contact details of the new Useremployee 6. In the POS Location Assignments section tap the Edit Assignments button 7. Click on the new User New Employee from the column on the left, select Add Location, select the location the new User employee will work at, click Ok 8. In the User employee Location - General Information section use the Text Fields to input:

10. Tap the newly added Location from the left column and select Add Job Position 11. Select the Job Position for the new User employee to work under, click Ok 12. In the User Employee Job - General Information section you can input a Pay Rate for the new Useremployee.
13. If the new User employee will have multiple Job Positions repeat steps 10 and 11 accordingly 14. Verify the new User employee has the ability to clock into the Job Position(s) via the FOH |
