In the Filter section, if necessaryrequired, adjust the From Date and To Dates.Date
In the Entries sectionverify , if necessary, use the Job Positiondrop down menu to change the Job Position for the time worked.
This is important because Job Positions may have different Pay Rates and Tips
To edit and adjust Time Clock Entries select the Date and Time worked from the In/Out times accordinglyor Out column
This will pull up the calendar month, with the Date and Time of the current Time Clock Entry
If necessary, select the appropriate Date from the calendar for the Time Clock Entry
Use the Time drop down menu to adjust the hour and minute that the Time Clock Entry occurred, and click OK
As edits are made the Hours column automatically adjusts
Repeat Steps 5, 6, and 7 as required

Time Clock Entries can be edited for any range of time/days, however, Time Clock Punches must exist in order to edit. This means that if an Employee is missing a day, a punch in/out for that User is required for the entry to be adjusted.
