What are the benefits of single sign-on?
...
Does that mean if I have access to a single sign-on application, I have access to all single sign-on applications? For example, if I have Dashboard access, will I automatically receive SpotOn Reporting and SpotOn Back of House access?
No, access to one single sign-on SSO application does not mean you will automatically get access to all single sign-on SSO applications. You will still need a new account created for that specific single sign-on application. However, when the new single sign-on application account is set up with the same email address as other single sign-on applications you have access to, the password will be your existing single sign-on passwordSSO application.

What happens when I get access to a new SSO application? For example, I already have a SpotOn Dashboard account and then get an account for SpotOn Reporting.
When the new SSO application account is set up with the same email address as other SSO applications you have access to, the password will be your existing SSO password.
