Getting Started

SpotOn Mobile makes it easy to accept tap, dipsswipe, swipes, and even cash payments , right from your an iOS or Android mobile device, wherever business takes you. Before you connect the Bluetooth reader to your mobile device, you must first activate your SpotOn account.

  • Username: the email listed on your SpotOn application

  • Temporary password: last four digits of your business phone number you used to open your SpotOn Account

  1. Make sure your mobile device has an internet connection either via Wi-Fi or mobile connectivity (i.e. 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G)

  2. Visit the App Store on your device

  3. Search for SpotOn Payments and then download/install the app

  4. Open the app and log in with your SpotOn username and password

    • Once you are logged in you will see the terminal screen
