4. If you click into a thread, you’ll see the conversation on the left hand side and the order(s) on the right hand side. If multiple orders are tied to this customer, you can select one of them, then click/tap on Edit Order to navigate to the Order View to edit the order

SpotOn Restaurant POS has the ability to program 3 “Quick Response” SMS text messages per Order Type. This eliminates the need for users to type out individual texts to their guests.

1. In the BOH, click the Locations icon | |
2. Select the appropriate Location 3. In the Settings section, confirm that the SMS Enabled checkbox is selected and an SMS Number is in use | |
4. Return the main BOH dashboard and select the Order Types icon | |
5. From the left hand panel, select the desired Order Type | |
6. In the Settings section, click the View / Edit button next to SMS Quick Responses | |
7. Click Add new Quick Message | |
8. Type in the new Quick Message in the newly populated text box 9. Click Save | |
10. Repeat as needed for other Order Types | |
