From the |
Register page, navigate to the Gift Card |
Press Register
Select Gift Card
or
Press Store
Select Gift Card Options
screen by selecting the Blue Plus Sign in the lower-right corner of the item pane, and then selecting Gift Card | |
2. Select a pre-set dollar amount to load onto the gift card, or choose Custom |
amount and enter a desired amount 3. Select Checkout | | ||
4. Select Payment Method (Credit, Cash, etc.) and complete transaction just as you would a normal sale

5. After the transaction has finished, the terminal will prompt the user to swipe the gift card to complete loading

displaying the dollar amount added and the last four digits of the gift card number. |
7. Press Done to exit to the Order Details page. From here, you can print or send receipts for the customer, or exit back to the main register tab and await the next sale | |
Using a Gift Card for Payment

3. The Order Details screen will display, and the user will have the options to Refund or Send Receipt
