Add Services via Merchant Dashboard
You can now request to add services right from their merchant dashboardyour Dashboard. This will allow merchants allows you to request services without the need of an addendum. When a merchant does request services, the associated team will be notified and should follow the process outlined below.

A description of each service and the associated pricing is displayed
4. After selecting services, click the Continue button at the top or bottom of the page
5. On the next page, the Add Services- Addendum/Agreement Clause will be shown
Read and review the agreement clause, pricing & terms and conditions
6. Select the checkbox to agree
7. Click the Accept & Submit button
8. A confirmation page will be shown and you will be contacted within 1-2 business days by a SpotOn Support Team Member to setup your services

Service Setup
Contact the merchant within 1-2 business days to setup their service
Please remember, as the merchant has already agreed to the pricing shown in the email notification and addendum clause on their dashboard, you do not need to ask the merchant to fill out another addendum.
Once merchant has been contacted, add appropriate settings in Hub or any other associated system.

If a merchant calls in and asks why they have not been contact, please advise the merchant it can take 1-2 business days for a response from the associated team.
