Loyalty Rewards

There are two ways for a loyalty account to be added to an Order: the Order View and from Checkout

From Order View

3. Customers can sign in with their phone number or by scanning QR code from the consumer app or their Loyalty Card with the back camera of the Serve

4. SpotOn Serve will recognize if the guest is a new Loyalty customer and have them sign up with their phone number, or will display an existing Loyalty customer’s rewards

Please note that new loyalty accounts have no rewards available, unless there is a promotion for new sign-ups

  1. Apply Loyalty banner is visible before selecting a payment method

2. Tapping Apply Loyalty shows the same phone number/QR code screen from above to sign in to loyalty. The number of spots earned from this order is displayed after payment

3. If the phone number entered is associated with an existing loyalty account, the customer can see their earned rewards and can choose to redeem one

4. Once a loyalty account is attached, the Redeem Reward banner displays with the phone number associated with the loyalty account

5. After paying, the summary will display:

  • The number of spots spent (and the subsequent monetary discount that is deducted from the Sale Amount)

  • The number of spots earned from this order 

  • The number of spots remaining on this loyalty account

  1. The Loyalty Account associated with the tab will appear in a banner at the top of the Amount to be Paid screen

  2. Select the Loyalty account by tapping on it

2. Select the Reward or Deal the guest wishes to use

3, Select the blue Redeem button in the lower right corner

4. A confirmation of the redeemed reward will display. Select Continue

5. After the reward has been applied, process the remaining balance with the desired payment method

6. The Sale Amount, Rewards Redeemed, Amount Received, Change Due, and any additional rewards earned will appear on the confirmation screen

Tip

The above information will be printed on the receipt

7. Choose to email or print the receipt
