To override the default Meal Durations for a Day of Week, click the Add New ( + ) icon in the Standard Meal Durations section Choose the Day of Week from the dropdown menu Enter the Start Time and End Time applicable to this override by clicking in each box and selecting the times Enter the Minimum Party Size (Min Size) and Maximum Party Size (Max Size) applicable to this Meal Duration Enter the Meal Duration in minutes Click Save
To copy an override to a different day of the week, use the Copy (two pages) icon and change the Day of Week and click Save To edit the details of an override, click the Edit (pencil) icon, make the appropriate changes, and click Save To delete an override, click on the red Delete (trash can) icon

Note: If the Default Meal Durations are too high, the system Wait Time quotes will be inflated and Reservation times will be more limited. If the Default Meal Durations are too low, the system Wait Time quotes will be too short, and there will be too many available Reservation times. |
