Items that have already been sent to a printer will not have a green mark, these items must be voided

Action

Display

  1. Tap List Orders

  2. Select Order with item(s) to be Voided

  3. Select Item, or Items

    • This will open the Item Commands menu

    • It is possible to continue to select Items when the Item Commands menu is displayed

  4. Tap the Void button

  5. Select the appropriate reason for the Void from the Select Reason… menu

    • Note: If more than one item is selected to void, only one reason will be applied to all selected items. If more than one reason is needed, the items will need to be Voided individually.

  6. Verify Item has been voided from the Order

    • Voided items display with a strike through the Item name and price, and the reason displays in red

If the Order has not yet been Sent, simply follow the steps in the section above for Removing an Item. Voiding an item is a Manager Only function.


Un-Void an Item

If the incorrect item has been Voided, the void can be reversed.

Display

  1. Tap List Orders

  2. Select appropriate Order

  3. Select the voided item(s)

    • This will open the Item Commands menu

    • You can continue to select Items when the Item Commands menu is open

  4. Tap the Unvoid button

  5. Verify the Item is no longer voided
