Transaction History | SpotOn Mobile

1. Tap the Menu button in the upper left corner

2. Select Transaction History (iOS devices), or Transactions (Android devices)

3. The transactions will be listed in chronological order, and each transaction will display:

   • Time

   • Payment Type

   • Transaction ID number

   • Amount

4. For iOS filter transaction history using the date picker at the top of the Transaction History list, or use the Search function to Search by Transaction ID number or the last 4 digits of the card number

5. For Android devices, tap the Search icon and search for a transaction using:

   • Sale ID

   • Date

   • Card Number

   • Total Amount

1. Select a transaction to view details about the transaction:

   • Payment Type

   • Date and Time

   • Item Amount

   • Tip (if applicable)

   • Tax ( if applicable)

   • Total

2. There are options to Refund/Void the transaction and Send Email Receipt

3. Tap ← History to return to Transaction History
