Loyalty

The loyalty tab is where to add, adjust or disable any currently offered loyalty rewards. There are sections to show when rewards are being redeemed, as well as who is redeeming them and when. The loyalty tab is accessed from the Dashboard menu on the right hand side of the screen, below Campaigns.

Total Loyalty Spend & Total Redemptions

This section displays Total Loyalty Spend vs. All Customer Spend, as well as Loyalty Redemptions.

Details

Display

  1. Select the desired time frame to view:

    • Today

    • This Week

    • Last Week

    • This Month

    • Custom

      • Use the calendar dates to select a beginning and end date to view

  2. Select Loyalty Spend to view how much loyalty customers have spent at your business, this will display in purple on the timeline graph. Non-loyalty customer spend displays in gray.

  3. Select Loyalty Redemption to view the number of redemptions for the specified timeframe.

At the top of the Loyalty page there is a button to Create Campaign. Please see Create Campaign for more infomation.

Redemption Transaction History

Details

Display

  1. The time frame displayed in Redemption Transaction History is the date range selected in the above Loyalty Spend section. Select how to display Redemption History:

    • Time/Date

    • Transaction Value

  2. Use the Search field to search for by Customer Name or Card Code

  3. Use the > arrow buttons to view more

Create New Reward

Details

Display

  1. In the Reward Title field input a name for the new Reward

  2. In the Spots Required field, input the number of Spots needed to redeem for this reward

  3. Click Create New Reward

  4. Confirm information entered for new Reward is correct

  5. Click Finalize New Reward to create Reward

    • Click Cancel to make changes to Reward

Rewards

List of current and deactivated Rewards.

Details

Display

  1. Click Show Inactive to view Rewards that have been Deactivated

    • Click Hide Inactive to remove deactivated Rewards from the list view

  2. Rewards display in list form with the following information:

    • Title

    • Creator

    • Spots for redemption

    • Total Redemptions

    • Creation Date

  3. Click Deactivate to turn off Reward

  4. On deactivated Rewards, click Recreate Reward to activate the Reward
