Scheduling Servers

Display

  1. Tap Server-Mode (bell icon) in the top right panel below the current user’s avatar)

  2. Three column choices will appear in the left hand panel:

    • Active - Currently assigned servers

    • Inactive- All available servers awaiting assignment

    • Sched - Scheduling servers ahead of time 

  3. Tap Sched

  4. Tap Schedule Server

  5. A list of all servers available for today’s schedule will appear

6. Select a server for assignment by tapping their name
7. On the righthand side under Time In and Time Out, select the server’s shift time by tapping the desired times.
8. Press Save.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 as many times as necessary to schedule all servers.

Assigning In/Out Times are not required but are generally helpful for operational purposes.
