Linked Tables
When the largest available table cannot accommodate a party, hosts have the ability to link multiple tables together to accommodate the large party. For additional information about creating table linkages in the SpotOn Reserve Web Portal, click here.
Linking Tables for Large Parties
Action | Display |

Seat the entire party to a selected table in SpotOn Reserve Select the additional table to link to the party by pressing and holding the needed table A white dot will appear Drag the white dot to the original table Lift your finger to release the white dot The party tables are now linked (now displayed with a small blue chain link icon) Repeat as necessary

Unlinking Individual Tables for Large Parties

Double tap the needed table in a linked group Select the red Clear Table button in the bottom center of the screen The link has been removed from the table
