There are three different ways to seat your guests at tables using SpotOn Reserve. Read on to learn more!

Direct Anonymous Seating

Action

Display

  1. Select a table to fill

  2. Enter the party size (increase or decrease the party size using the arrows provided)

Direct Waitlist Party Seating

Display

  1. Select the a waitlist or reservation party from the waitlist

  2. The waitlist bubble will become transparent

  3. Press the desired table on the floor to seat the table.

Assigned Table Waitlist Seating

Action

Display

  1. Selected a waitlist or reservation party from the waitlist.

  2. Press Suggested Table (orange for the suggested table, red if it’s assigned)

  3. The party has now been sat

Assigning a new table to one that is already occupied by another party will cause the error message Table is occupied! Clear table then seat? The host can press Cancel or Clear & Seat as needed.
