Gratuities

Gratuity, or tips, can be added to a check in two ways: a percentage of the check subtotal, or as a fixed amount.

Add Percentage Gratuity

Action

Display

  1. Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check

  2. Tap the Add Percentage Gratuity button

  3. Input the desired Gratuity Percentage

  4. Tap Accept

  5. Verify Gratuity is added to Order

    • Gratuity will display on the Guest Check beneath the Sub Total

Add Fixed Value Gratuity

Action

Display

  1. Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check

  2. Tap the Add Fixed Value Gratuity button

  3. Input the desired Gratuity Value

  4. Tap Accept

  5. Verify Gratuity is added to Order

    • Gratuity will display on the Guest Check beneath the Sub Total

Remove Gratuity

Action

Display

  1. Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check

  2. Tap the Remove Gratuity Button

  3. Verify Gratuity no longer display on the Guest Check
