Orders with Sent Items vs. Unset Items

Orders with unsent items can be cancelled. If an order is cancelled with items that have already been sent, the order will no longer appear on your screen, but it will remain open. To locate the order, go to the List Orders screen. (Remember, unsent items are identifiable by the green mark next to the item price on the ticket.)

  1. Tap anywhere in the order header to open the Ticket Commands menu

  2. In the Ticket Commands menu, select Cancel Changes

  3. Verify the order is removed from the screen/cancelled

    • Note: If the order has already sent items, it will still remain open and can be found under List Orders
