Enable Server/Clerk Mode
Open TSYS TransIT App
Select FUNC from the Tender banner
Select Settings
If prompted, enter device password (either "9876" or the current date in eight digits, i.e. "10192021" for October 19th, 2021) and press Enter
Select Merchant Settings
Scroll down to Clerk/Server ID Prompt and tap on the slider button to Enable
Press the < button in the upper-left corner of the screen until you return to the terminal screen
Adding Clerks/Servers
Open TSYS TransIT App
Select FUNC from the Tender banner
Select Operator
If prompted, enter device password (either "9876" or the current date in eight digits, i.e. "10192021" for October 19th, 2021) and press Enter
Select Add Operator
Enter Operator Name and Operator ID (server number)
Press CONFIRM
Press OK to continue adding Clerk/Servers, or press Cancel to complete adding entries
Enter the original transaction number found on the receipt (NOTE: only transactions that have not yet been batched can be voided)
Press CONFIRM
Select the transaction that appears on screen
Note: Clerk/Server IDs will need to be re-added if TransIT app on the device is updated
