1. To view your Services, navigate to your SpotOn Retail Catalog and select Services from the menu on the left

• Available Services will display

2. To search for a specific service, use the search bar to search by service name, abbreviation, or category

3. To filter services by category, channel, or tag, press Filters

4. Define your filters as needed, then click Apply Filters

5. Select a service to view the Edit Service page

• This page will show the General information relating to the service, as well as it’s availability

6. Make any changes as needed, and click Done to save

1. Navigate to your SpotOn Retail Catalog and select Services from the menu on the left

2. Click Add New Service

3. In the General section, add the general information needed for the creation of your service, including:

• Service Name*

  • The name of the new service

• Abbreviation*

  • The short-hand version of the name of the new service

• Category

  • The collection of services this will belong to

• Description (Includes a text editor for customization)

  • Any important details or features about the new service

• Image

  • Browse or drag and drop to upload

• Tag(s)

  • Assign keywords or phrases to services for enhanced searchability

• Loyalty settings

  • Whether this service is applicable to reward earnings and redemption

• Roles and team members

  • Select which team members can perform the service

*Indicates a required field

4. In the Availability section, add the channels in which this service is available, the quantity (if applicable), and the price

5. Click Done to create the new service

• The new service will now display on your Services page
