House Accounts in the FOH

House Account Search

Action

Display

1. Tap the Show Commands button on the Command Bar

2. Select the House and Loyalty button in the Select Command… pop up window

3. Use the Search bar field at the top of the screen to search for existing accounts by:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

or

  • Email Address

4. From the listed results, select the appropriate account

5. With the account selected, you can proceed to adjust the account details, or use it for an order payment


Create House Account

Action

Display

1. Tap Show Commands on the Command Bar to open the Select Command … menu

2. Press House and Loyalty

3. Press New Customer

  • The Edit House and Loyalty Customer pop up will display

4. Enter the Required information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone (must be ten digits)

  • Address information is optional

5. Press Accept

6. Press Add House Account

  • The House Account Credit Limit pop up will display

7. Input the Credit Limit for this house account

8. Press Accept

9. The new House Account will display, showing:

  • Customer details

  • Account Number

  • Credit Limit

  • Available Credit

  • Balance Due

  • To change the Credit Limit, press Adjust Limit

  • To change any customer details, press Edit Customer


Using a House Account for Payment

Action

Display

1. Navigate to the Payment Screen from the order

2. Select the House Account payment type

3. Press the Find Account button

4. In the House Accounts Search screen, use the Search bar field at the top of the screen to search for existing accounts by:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

5. Select the desired account

6. Press the Use Account for Payment button

7. Press the green Apply Payment button


Settle House Account (Pay Balance)

Action

Display

  1. Tap the Show Commands button on the Command Bar

  2. Select the House and Loyalty button in the Select Command… pop up window

3. Use the Search bar field at the top of the screen to search for existing accounts by:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

4. From the listed results, select the appropriate account

5. Press the Customer Details button

6. Press the Settle Account button

7. Select the payment type, adjust the amount if necessary

8. Press the Process button
