Send a Receipt

A receipt can be sent to the customer when the transaction is complete; please see Sale for detailed instructions on running a transaction. A receipt can be emailed at any time from the Transaction List. Please see Settings - Receipt Message for details on setting a custom message at the bottom of emailed and printed receipts.

Action

Display

  1. From the main menu on the left, tap Transactions

  2. Select the desired transaction from the Transaction List

  3. The Sale Details screen will appear

  4. Tap the Send Receipt button at the bottom of the screen

  5. In the Send Receipt screen, use the text field to input the appropriate Email address

  6. Tap Send

  7. A confirmation pop-up window will appear

  8. Tap Send Again if needed or tap Ok! to return to the Sales Details of the transaction
