Tables Layout

When the user signs in, they will automatically be brought to the Tables Layout screen. From this screen, users can view the tables that are divided by their location, the number of guests at each table, and the duration of their stay. Users can choose to view their Table Layouts in List or Table Layout view.

1. If not on the Tables Layout screen, select Tables at the bottom left hand side of the screen

 

2. The device will default to List view. To view in Table Layout view, select select Table Layout View button on the top right

Users may switch between these views as needed

3. Select the Seating Area using the available areas at the top of the screen( i.e., Patio, VIP, Bar, etc)

4. Users can Zoom In and Zoom Out by double-tapping the screen, or by pinching in/out using their fingers

5. Tables are color coded as follows:

Green

  • Indicates a table is available for seating

  • Selecting a green table will allow users to seat new guests and begin an order

Yellow

  • Indicates a table is seated with guests

  • Selecting a yellow table will allow users to view a current order, along with the table order countdown

Gray

  • Indicates a table status is reserved or occupied by a different status

6. To switch back to the List display, select the List icon in the top right corner

7. The table list will display, including the following information:

  • Table number

  • Server Assigned to the table

  • Table Status

  • Number of guests (if applicable)

  • Duration of stay (if applicable)
