Auto Coursing
SpotOn Serve allows users to assign a course to each menu item and make changes prior to sending it to the kitchen. If there are unsent items with a course number assigned and additional unsent items are added without a course, using Auto Course will assign the next course sequence number to the menu item.

3. A green confirmation pop-up will display at the top of the screen | |
4. As new Menu Items are added to orders and are sent, the next sequential course number will appear to the right of the item(s) 5. Repeat adding new menu items and using the Auto Course command as many times as required |
Manual Course Entry

1. New, usent menu items may also have course numbers manually by selecting the new item to open commands | |
2. Select More from the top right corner of the screen 3. Select Change Course from the drop-down menu options | |
4. Use the keypad at the bottom of the screen to enter the desired course number Note: Entering 0 will clear the course 5. Select the blue ✓ button | |
6. The item has now been assigned to a course |
