Post Meal Survey

SpotOn Reserve allows restaurants to send out automatic surveys to guests, allowing a 1-5 rating and any details in their reviews.

Display

  1. When customers complete their payment, a customizable email survey is automatically sent out

2. Guests can leave ratings on a 1-5 scale, leave any additional feedback in the Tell us more field, and select the blue Submit button

3. A Thank You confirmation will will display upon successful completion
