Order Details

Order Details can be viewed from the Ticket Command Menu. You have the ability to view open order details, as well as closed order details.

Action

Display

1. Navigate to the List Orders screen

2. Select the Closed Order Status from the panel on the right

3. Tap the desired Order number from the list

  • This will display the order ticket on the left panel

4. Tap the top of the ticket to open the Ticket Commands menu

5. Select Order Details

6. The Order Details will display, including:

  • Table number

  • Order number

  • Server name

  • Station name/number

  • The date/time the order was opened & closed

  • Items ordered for each guest

  • The time that each item ordered was sent to the kitchen

  • Sub total & total details including discounts & taxes

  • Payments types taken

  • Time of payment

  • Name of person who took payment

7. If desired, press Print to print
