86 (Disable) Menu Items

Action

1. From the main menu screen, press and hold on a menu item

  1. Select Mark as Unavailable

3. Item will appear greyed out with the indicator Unavailable

4. To undo this change, press and hold on the item and select Mark as Available

1. Select an item from the menu that has a modifier

2. From the Modifiers Summary screen, press and hold on the modifier you wish to disable

3. Select Mark as Unavailable from the prompt that appears

4. The modifier will now be marked as unavailable

5. To undo this change, press and hold on the unavailable item and select Mark as Available

Move Menu Item Tiles

1. From the main menu screen, press and hold on a menu item

2. Select Move Tiles. The tiles on the screen will begin to shake

3. Drag the items around the screen to re-arrange them. Tap on an item to return the tiles back to normal

Resize Menu Item Tiles

1. Select the button the upper-left corner of the screen to access the navigation menu

2. Under Resize Item & Check Grids, select from the available sizes (Small, Medium, Large) to change the size of the menu items as displayed on screen

Access Menu Management Tool

1. Select the button the upper-left corner of the screen to access the navigation menu

2. Select Menu Management from the Manager section of the menu

3. When prompted, enter manager PIN to proceed

4. You will be brought to the login screen for the Express Back of House (BOH), also known as the dashboard. Enter the email and password associated with the business and select Log In

5. The menu management area will appear. You may make your changes to the menu and press the X in the upper-left corner of the screen when finished to return to the main menu screen
