Removing Servers | SpotOn Reserve Host App

In Server Mode, be sure no server is selected, press the table you wish to remove the server from

• A small relieve/cut button will appear on the selected table

If the table is unoccupied press Relieve

• The server's color will be removed from the table, and the table will revert to gray

If the table is occupied, press Cut

• The server’s color will display as a dotted line around the table, and when the guests are cleared from the table, the server’s color will be removed altogether, and the table will revert to gray

From the Main Floor view, select the server tray icon

Select the desired server from the list of Active servers

Press the Relieve button if there are no occupied tables in the server’s section (See step 4 if there are occupied tables in this section)

• All their assigned tables will revert to gray

Press the Cut button if there are occupied tables in the server’s section

• All unoccupied tables will revert to gray

• Any occupied tables will display the server’s color as a dotted line around the table

• When the guests are cleared from the remaining table(s), the server’s color will be removed completely, and the tables will revert to gray

Press the server tray icon

In the left panel, press Sched

Swipe from right to left on the sever you wish to remove

Swipe hard or press the red Delete button when it appears

In the left panel, press Sched

Swipe from right to left on the server’s name you wish to remove

Swipe hard or press the red Delete button when it appears

Press the server tray icon

In the left panel, press Sched

Swipe from right to left on the Meal Period you wish to remove the chart from

Swipe hard or press the red Delete button when it appears
