Homebase

With the Homebase integration, your SpotOn Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system can send sales data to Homebase every ten minutes. This data is then compared to the previous ten-minute period to determine the delta sales dollars.

The primary benefit of this integration is that business owners can access a comprehensive labor and sales reporting tool through Homebase. By combining labor data with sales data, owners can gain insights into the relationship between labor costs and sales revenue. This information can help them make informed decisions about scheduling, staffing levels, and other key aspects of their business operations.

This integration between Homebase and SpotOn enables the synchronization of employee and job lists. As a result, employees can easily punch in/out or start/end breaks in the Point of Sale (POS), and this information is automatically communicated to Homebase for payroll processing.

Additionally, SpotOn Restaurant integrates with Homebase to ensure that employees are scheduled to work when they clock in. In cases where an employee is not scheduled, a manager can grant approval for them to clock in.
