Learn how to create a House Account to allow guests to charge their bill to the account rather than making a payment at the end of their meal.

1. Tap Show Commands on the Command Bar to open the Select Command … menu

2. Press House and Loyalty

3. Press New Customer

  • The Edit House and Loyalty Customer pop up will display

4. Enter the Required information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone (must be ten digits)

  • Address information is optional

5. Press Accept

6. Press Add House Account

  • The House Account Credit Limit pop up will display

7. Input the Credit Limit for this house account

8. Press Accept

9. The new House Account will display, showing:

  • Customer details

  • Account Number

  • Credit Limit

  • Available Credit

  • Balance Due

  • To change the Credit Limit, press Adjust Limit

  • To change any customer details, press Edit Customer
