Menu items can be modified from the order before being sent to the kitchen or bar to be prepared.

  1. Select the Menu Item from the Order to pull up the Item Commands menu

  2. Tap the Modify button

  3. Make desired modifications

  4. Tap Done

  5. Verify Modifier has been added to the Menu Item in the Order
