Open the Ticket Commands menu by tapping the top of the Guest Check
Tap the Add Fixed Value Gratuity button
Input the desired Gratuity Value
Tap Accept
Verify Gratuity is added to Order
Gratuity will display on the Guest Check beneath the Sub Total
