Export Catalog

Easily export your Retail product catalog if you need to move your items into another system.

NOTE: This export is not applicable to services - products ONLY

1. Log into the Dashboard.
2. Select the menu icon in the top left corner. 3. Select the Catalog option from the side menu. This will redirect you to the Retail back of house - credentials may be required again to proceed.
4. Select the 3 dots displayed next to the Filter button.
5. Select the Export option.
6. A prompt is displayed - requesting the format to export (CSV or XLXS) and the email where a notification will be sent once the file is ready for download. Best Practice: Use the Excel (XLXS) export format to prevent de-codification of the UPCS.
7. Once the file is exported - you have two options to review the download: A. Receive a notification with a link that redirects you to the back of house.
B. Wait approximately 5 minutes and refresh the page - a purple banner at the top of the screen . 8. Select the Download button to download the file to your computer.
