  1. Check the Internet connectivity and strength by using Safari to either (a) view a common & safe website or (b) running a speed test at speedtest.com

  2. Ensure all iPads are running on the same software edition by going to the User Avatar in the upper right hand corner of the Main Floor View

    • Press Settings

    • Check the current version and build of SpotOn Reserve on each iPad in use

Please note that all iPads must be updated to the most current software update. Updates are available for download in the Apple App Store
