SpotOn shows reviews from the following places:

  • Facebook

  • Zomato

  • Trip Advisor

  • City Search

  • Foursquare

  • Opentable

Please Note: Reviews from third party websites can take up to 72 hours to report in the Reviews Tab of your Merchant Dashboard

  • SpotOn will send out an email notification when new reviews are written about the business. Those emails are sent to all users on the account.

  • In order for you to respond to a review, you must follow the procedure laid out by the site it was posted on. In most instances a business would need to claim or create an account in order to respond on the specific site used for the review.

  • Reviews are pulled based on the business address.

  • SpotOn sends out review requests to customers using a custom algorithm. The email will show links to all of the sites that reviews are connected to and politely asks if the customer would be able to leave a review about their experience. (Please see image to the right for an example)
