BOH Payments Settings

Enable Tip Screen on SpotOn Serve

Display

  1. Tap the Stations icon in BOH

  2. Select the appropriate station

  3. In the Settings section, check the Credit Card Signature Screen box

FOH End of Day

Manually Batch SpotOn Handheld

Action

  1. Exit SpotOn Serve app

  2. Open TransIT app

  3. Switch to FUNC tab

  4. Tap Batch

  5. Select Batch Close

    • If a password is needed, enter the current date as MMDDYYYY

Does the SpotOn Serve and the Aries 8 use the same payment configuration in BOH?

No, they should be separate.

Can you attach credit card with the swipers on the SpotOn Handheld (A920s)?

No.

Are these devices ever going to be able to attach card or use pre-auth?

We have it specified in backlog, however at this point we’re not able to provide forecasted delivery date.
